The Excelsior Room
The Excelsior Room is the largest and most distinctive of all Forum spaces. Excelsior is Latin for higher and the excelsior room lives up to its namesake as its purpose is to elevate your event to be the best and most memorable occasion possible. This room is perfect for weddings, conferences, corporate training, Christmas and special occasion parties, and anything else that requires a chic urban atmosphere that’s welcoming to all guests. The Excelsior Rooms seats up to 400 guests in a chair only configuration and up to 250 guests in a table configuration.
The Vault
The Vault is located on the lower main level and is perfect for wedding receptions, dinner parties, birthday celebrations, family reunions, and especially indoor/outdoor events as there is direct access to the Forum’s urban green space! The Vault seats up to 250 guests in roundtable configuration. The vault has been completely remodeled and has dimmable can lighting as well as decorative string lighting.
The Loft
The Loft is our upper space that has an exposed brick appointed lobby area with a bird’s eye view of the The Forum’s main entrance and welcomes your guests into the large meeting room. The Loft is perfect for smaller size events such as bridal or baby showers, corporate training sessions, religious group meetings, and other activities that may be better suited for a quaint space that doesn’t need to be in one of the Forum’s larger spaces. The Loft seats up to 150 guests in a chair only configuration and up to 100 guests in a table configuration.
The Green Space
The Forum offers a unique and enchanting green space for all your event rental needs. Nestled amidst lush surroundings, our green space provides the perfect setting to host a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. As you step into The Forum's green space, you will be captivated by its natural beauty and tranquility. Boasting meticulously manicured lawns, our green space exudes a refreshing and inviting ambiance that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or social gathering, our green space offers endless possibilities for creating your dream event. The versatility of the space allows for various seating arrangements, providing flexibility to accommodate both formal and informal settings.
The Green Room + Bridal Suite
Nestled away in the corner of the uppermost Loft area is our specially decorated greenroom and bridal suite. A large and comfortable space, this area is appointed with numerous prep stations, mirrors, and seating areas. The suite comes with a tall clothing rack, table and chairs, and a refrigerator. It has room for numerous guests which makes it the perfect place to relax and get ready before the big event.
